U heeft online of schriftelijk een verzoek ingediend. De IND behandelt aanvragen. U mag extra digitale bestanden uploaden als:
- Als de documenten ontbreken of onjuist zijn, vraagt de IND in de brief om meer informatie.
- U wilt zelf documentatie aan uw aanvraag toevoegen.

- De IND is nog bezig met uw aanvraag of andere procedures.
- Ben jij een van:
- vreemd;
- een referent voor uw partner of familielid;
- Sponsor van een visumaanvrager kort verblijf en u heeft beroep aangetekend.
- U heeft een DigiD en een sms-code om in te loggen. Heeft u geen DigiD? De documenten worden vervolgens opgestuurd naar de IND.
- U vult een zaaknummer in. Het zaaknummer staat vermeld op het ontvangstbewijs van de IND. Met deze brief weet u dat de IND uw aanvraag heeft ontvangen.

Documenten ingediend door een agent of advocaat
Open verminderenBent u een agent of advocaat die de eiser vertegenwoordigt? U bent dan als enige verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. Het is belangrijk dat u alle documenten zorgvuldig doorneemt op mogelijke datalekken voordat u ze indient. Dit zorgt ervoor dat er niet per ongeluk persoonsgegevens van anderen in het IND-dossier terechtkomen. Let daarom op de volgende punten:
- Dien alleen de aanvraag of documenten van de aanvrager in. Tenzij je de behoefte voelt om de persoonsgegevens van anderen te delen.
- De persoonsgegevens van de gezochte persoon kunnen alleen voor hem zichtbaar zijn. Niet voor anderen. Niet van toepassing als de aanvrager een ouder of wettelijke voogd heeft.

Open verminderenZorg ervoor dat uw bestand kleiner is dan 8 MB. Alle documenten samen mogen maximaal 40 MB groot zijn. Als uw bestand groter is dan 8 MB, verschijnt dit bericht op het scherm:

Upload meer PDF-bestanden
Open verminderenU kunt soms meer pdf's toevoegen aan een aanvraag via aangevraagde upload. Bijvoorbeeld bij het laden van uw inkomstengegevens. Selecteer vervolgens elk bestand voor Bestand kiezen. Dit is de enige manier om alle verschillende PDF's toe te voegen. In ons voorbeeld hebben we 3 bestanden toegevoegd aan de online aanvraag.
